The Leading Hotels of the World is one of the most important collections of luxury hotels, made up of more than 400 hotels in 80 countries.
We’ve been in charge of the art direction in several of LHW international Showcases and Roadshows that took place in Buenos Aires, including the design of invitations, programs, branding elements, gifts for guests and guidelines for setting the events.
We also handle the printed production of corporate identity items, following the standards manual issued by LHW’s headquarters in NYC.

At Frías Otl we design a cover system for the collection of thematic manuals that accompanies the virtual learning environment, from the materiality of paper.

The modern Alvear Art Hotel is a meeting point for art in the financial heart of Buenos Aires. Next to the most prominent galleries in the city, its public areas and rooms display a valuable selection of works by renowned Argentine artists.
Under the concept “It is Alvear. It is Art. It is Hotel.” we recover its cultural heritage to build its own identity trait, which unfolds in the visual universe of the hotel, through branding and advertising communication. In parallel with the development of the architectural project, we designed a complete signage and wayfinding system, both for public areas and for the back office sectors.

Ciel displays a wide variety of fragrances made in Argentina that consolidate the brand in a highly competitive market as the first option after imported perfumes. With a universe of faithful users, each campaign launch illuminates a new facet for each woman.
Working together with the marketing department of Fragancias Cannon, we designed the launch campaigns for each Ciel perfume, taking care of the art direction, advertising design for print and audiovisual media, billboards, POP items and digital development of websites and e-news.

Avakian paints with his body. Every time he faces a canvas, his thoughts are on a waiting beat. The emptiness provokes him. Everything that does not exist and can be, is there, latent. He gives himself to the impulse and paints. Paints and he finds himself. Colors that merge, strokes that multiply, light and darkness, silence and music. The brushstrokes are screams, tears, laughter, pentagrams.
Convened by the artist and White Art Gallery, Frías Otl designed a book that compiles his enormous pictorial work, prints and inks. An editorial piece that plays with the contrast between reason and the visual and emotional overflow of Avakian’s work.

Alvear Art Hotel

We have designed the Alvear Art Hotel signage, as part of the integral development of its visual identity. An example of the best argentine architecture, it required signs integrated into a modern environment designed to experience contemporary luxury. The project –full interior and exterior signage– included the public areas, the back office and the parking lot, spread in seventeen floors and three underground levels.
